Luigi's Twisted Bliss Balloon Lab welcomes guests of all ages! While balloon art is enjoyed by children, teens, and adults alike, some balloon products may not be recommended for very young children.

For safety:

• Balloons are generally not recommended for children under 3 years old without close adult supervision.

• Balloons should be kept away from mouths and faces.

• Broken balloon pieces should be picked up and discarded promptly.

• Some balloons may pop unexpectedly and create loud noises.

We're happy to adapt our interactions for different age groups and comfort levels. Whether it's creating balloon art for young children, school-age kids, teens, or adults, our goal is to provide a fun, safe, welcoming, and inclusive experience for everyone.

If your event includes toddlers, sensory-sensitive guests, or individuals with specific accommodations, please let us know in advance. We'll do our best to make every experience enjoyable for all.

At Luigi’s Twisted Bliss Balloon Lab, balloon art services are customized for each event. Pricing can vary based on the type of balloon creations requested, the number of balloons, the length of the event, and any special themes or add-ons.

Event packages start at $30 per hour, with most bookings lasting 1 to 3 hours. Pricing may vary depending on the event length, guest count, location, balloon requests, and any specialty or themed balloon options. Visit our Bookings page for more information. 

Our event pricing is generally based on time and balloon type.
Simple balloon creations are typically included in hourly event packages, while special themed or foil balloons may be available in sets for an additional cost.

Luigi offers:

• Event and group options for parties, fairs, libraries, schools, and community events
