Hi, I’m Luigi, the balloon artist behind Luigi’s Twisted Bliss Balloon Lab. What started as a fun side hustle twisting balloons has grown into a small business built around creativity, joy, and connection. I love bringing smiles to kids and families through balloon art, and I’m excited to keep growing my skills and sharing my work throughout the Sacramento area.

I’m passionate about creating fun, colorful balloon animals, hats, swords, flowers, and custom balloon creations that make parties and events feel special. I take pride in being reliable, on time, and focused on making sure each guest has a positive experience. I create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where everyone feels included.

As a person with a disability, I’m proud to run a business that is inclusive and community-focused. Balloon art allows me to use my strengths like creativity, focus, and patience while working independently and confidently. With support from my family and advocate, I continue learning, practicing, and improving so I can provide the best service possible.

When I’m not twisting balloons, I enjoy playing video games, visiting the library, reading a good comic book, bowling, and collecting things like Hot Wheels. I love spending time with my family and friends, staying active, and being part of the community. I was raised in Sacramento, and I enjoy life here, playing sports, attending local events, and connecting with people of all ages.
