Reach out with your event date, location, number of guests, and any theme ideas you have.

2. Availability & Pricing
We’ll confirm availability and share pricing details. A small deposit may be required to reserve your event date.

3. Event Details Form
Once booked, you’ll complete a short event details form so we can prepare the right balloons and supplies for your event.

4. Event Day
Luigi arrives 30 to 60+ minutes early (with Twisted Bliss Staff), sets up, creates balloon art for guests, and cleans up at the end of the event.

Clients may be asked to complete a simple form that includes:

• Name

• Phone number and email

• Event date and start time

• Event location

• Number of guests

• Event type or theme

• Budget range (optional)

• Special requests

This helps us prepare and customize balloon creations for your event.

We currently accept:

• Cash

• Venmo

• Checks / Money Order 

• Cash App

Payment details will be shared during booking confirmation.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may receive a refund of the deposit.

• Same-day cancellations may result in the deposit being non-refundable.

• We understand things happen and will always communicate clearly and respectfully.

• A small deposit may be required to hold your event date.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of the event unless otherwise arranged.

• Advance booking is recommended, especially for weekends.

• Outdoor events may be affected by weather conditions.

• Balloon art is best suited for children ages 3 and up.

• Exact change or digital payment is appreciated when possible.
