We’ll confirm availability and share pricing details. A small deposit may be required to reserve your event date.

3. Event Details Form
Once booked, you’ll complete a short event details form so we can prepare the right balloons and supplies for your event.

4. Event Day
Luigi arrives 30 to 60+ minutes early (with Twisted Bliss Staff), sets up, creates balloon art for guests, and cleans up at the end of the event.

Luigi's Twisted Bliss Balloon Lab offers simple, affordable balloon entertainment for birthday parties, community events, libraries, schools, resource fairs, and family celebrations.

Event packages start at $30 per hour, with most bookings lasting 1 to 3 hours. Pricing may vary depending on the event length, guest count, location, balloon requests, and any specialty or themed balloon options.

Our hourly event packages include:

• Interactive balloon art created on-site

• Simple balloon animals, hats, swords, flowers, bracelets, and other fun creations

• Friendly interaction with children and families

• Setup and cleanup support

• A support team member to help ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience

Specialty foil balloons, themed balloons, custom requests, and larger community events may require an additional fee.

Luigi's Twisted Bliss Balloon Lab is best suited for events lasting 1 to 3 hours of balloon entertainment. This allows Luigi to provide a fun, engaging experience while maintaining a high level of creativity and customer interaction.

Please note that setup, cleanup, and breakdown time are separate from the booked event time. We typically arrive 30 to 60 minutes before the event to set up and remain afterward to clean up our area.

For most events, Luigi is accompanied by a support team member who assists with setup, customer service, line management, payments, logistics, and ensuring the event runs smoothly. This allows Luigi to focus on creating balloon art and interacting with guests.

Depending on the length of the event, weather conditions, and guest volume, short breaks may be taken as needed to ensure everyone stays safe, comfortable, and able to provide the best possible experience.

If your event has unique scheduling needs, we'd be happy to discuss a customized plan that works best for everyone.

Clients may be asked to complete a simple form that includes:

• Name

• Phone number and email

• Event date and start time

• Event location

• Number of guests

• Event type or theme

• Budget range (optional)

• Special requests

This helps us prepare and customize balloon creations for your event.

We currently accept:

• Cash

• Venmo

• Checks / Money Order 

• Cash App

Payment details will be shared during booking confirmation.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may receive a refund of the deposit.

• Same-day cancellations may result in the deposit being non-refundable.

• We understand things happen and will always communicate clearly and respectfully.
